Dragon Ball will be back for the next 10 years

The return of Dragon Ball is confirmed, not only in the traditional format of series but also movies and video games.

Akio Iyoku, partner of Akira Toriyama, has confirmed that more Dragon Ball series and movies will continue to be produced for the next 10 years, productions will begin from 2024 to 2034, it will be a decade of Dragon Ball content in which you can enjoy new installments starting with Dragon Ball Daima, new sagas and of course after that new movies and video games uninterruptedly until 2034.

Akio Iyoku’s decision to generate Dragon Ball content for the next 10 years was due to a disagreement with Toei Animation’s wait times for the release of films or the return of the series.

Akio Iyoku left Toei Animation to found Tokyo Capsule Corporation and give Dragon Ball more momentum by owning the rights to the series with the support of Akira Toriyama.

Iyoku intends to avoid animation errors in future installments such as those that were presented at the beginning of Dragon Ball Super, which is why they have taken special care in the release of Dragon Ball Daima that has been in production since 2021.

Dragon Ball Daima will be released worldwide on the same date with dubbing in the languages of each country, the return of Dragon Ball will mark a before and after in the history of anime.
